One of the greatest pleasures in art making is the possibility of working alongside other artists to create a united vision. I have worked with a few in my time, with fantastic results. Here’s a little about each of them.

Matthew Robinson is an artist and writer based in London. A draftsman of great talent, I have written several comics for him to illustrate, and we enjoy continued collaboration as part of the Comic Matters duo. Our work includes Step By Step, a comic which won 4th prize at the Japanese Embassy in London’s Manga Jiman comic competition in 2014.

Francis Elvans is a writer and theatre producer from North Yorkshire. He’s half of the theatre company and writing duo, Spicy Drama. When the two of us get together, we work on secret projects – I draw the pictures while he writes the words (and cracks the whip). We also play in a fictional band, kind of like the Gorillaz, except that instead of imaginary band members we have imaginary music.

Eneree Gundalai

Animated Portrait of Eneree GundalaiMy first collaborator, back at the very beginning of my artistic journey, Eneree is a creative powerhouse with an incredible sense of humour and great enthusiasm for making art happen. His highly original, sometimes strange ideas make him a pleasure to work with and result in very unique stories. Currently living in Germany, we entered the Japanese Embassy in London’s Manga Jiman comic competition back in 2009, and used to run the Brosketch comic blog together.
